BİSA
BİSA is published by BİSA SAS, 20 place des Halles, 67000 Strasbourg, France. These terms govern the use of the tool by the teams to whom an account has been given.
Access
- An account is created by the company that subscribes to the tool, for a named person, and may be withdrawn by it at any time.
- An account is personal: credentials are not shared, and each person answers for what is done under their account.
What the tool is for
- The tool serves the commercial work of the company that uses it: prospects, meetings, trade shows, campaigns and tasks.
- Data entered belongs to that company. It is not sold, not shared with other customers of the tool, and not used for advertising.
Availability and liability
- The tool is provided as it stands, with the care of a professional, without a guarantee that it will be free of interruption or error.
- The publisher cannot be held liable for a commercial decision taken on the basis of the information displayed, nor for the content entered by users.

- The processing of personal data is described on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.

Law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, the dispute falls to the competent courts of Strasbourg, France.
